All parcels are shipped from our workspace located in Bournemouth, UK. Please allow up to 3 days for orders to be dispatched. All parcels can be tracked via tracking details emailed shortly after purchase.
UK Shipping: Standard parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service (arrival 2-4 working days from dispatch). 1st class upgraded parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 hour service (arrival 1-2 working days from dispatch).
Rest of the world shipping: All parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked international service (arrival 1-2 weeks from dispatch). It is unlikely, but buyers may be required to pay custom charges, failure to do so will result in the package being returned to us.
Order cancellations: Our small team works quickly to prepare and ship your order with care, because of this we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
Returns: We’re grateful you chose to shop with us, however to arrange a return, please email us at hello@goldendaysvintage.com within 14 days from the dispatch date of your order. The customer will be responsible for paying tracked return postage. After we have received & inspected the returned item, we will process a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.
Damaged items: Please note that all of our items are either vintage or pre owned and by nature may naturally show signs of age, gentle wear or what we consider character adding to the unique charm of the piece. However if you are not completely happy with your purchase please do email us at hello@goldendaysvintage.com. Make sure to include a detailed description of the problem along with any photos that will help shine a light on the issue. Our friendly customer service team will aim to respond within 48 hours to assist you.
